Briefing about the program and registration of participants was held as detailed below:

Venue : Muktamar Hall, Kompleks Pusat Islam, Jalan Perdana, KL.

The briefing and registration was officiated by Datuk Haji Che Mat Bin Che Ali, Director of Federal Territory Islamic Affairs Department (JAWI).
About 600 participants gathered there in Muktamar Hall (including me) from all 7 zones in Kuala Lumpur & Putrajaya during the briefing.
